Brooks Trance 8 running shoes
Brooks Trance 8 running shoes belong to the Brooks support running shoe category.
Known as a high end stability shoe. Not offered in wide widths, for wider widths look to Asics or New Balance. It’s just unfortunate they’d have the Brooks Adrenaline (more suitable for smaller and middle-weight runners w/ overpronation) available in wide widths but not the Trance which is a better choice for larger, heavier runners who need the added cushioning as well as stability.
The 8 is a bit wider than the 7. The toe box is a little bigger and the vamp on the toe box mesh is gone freeing up some room. They are still light weight. The forefoot is a little more cushy as well. They combined the gel pads to enhance the cushion. Most heavier runners will consider this a good fit because of the cushioning.

The brook shoes are excellent running shoes. I have a pair of these shoes and they are awesome. Finally pain free running for me.
