The Adidas Supernova Sequence 3 is a great looking Stability running shoe from Adidas. This year’s version is updated with improved flex in the upper and the outsole. The improvements in the forefoot come from a redesign with adiPRENE technology and different flex points for better transitions. The stiched-on microsuede upper gives a very smooth forefoot fit to work with the natural flex of the foot.
Features that contribute to the fit of the shoe is a memory foam heel and padded tongue, with a nonslip lining to keep your ankle locked to prevent slipping around and getting blisters, and antimicrobial sockliner to help keep your feet dry and healthy.

The stability of this shoe comes from the Pro Moderator medial support device and the midsole is built with the Torsion system providing lightweight arch support.
I would recommend this shoe for moderate overpronators with normal arches.
